貴重な週末、どのように過ごしますか？高千穂で元気回復の朝ヨガと、日常から離れる癒しの夜ヨガを私達エレン・フリーマンと田﨑朋子と一緒に。 ヨガマットはご持参不要です。持ってくるのは特別な週末を求める体と心だけ。

<<夜ヨガ>> ～日常を忘れるキャンドルヨガ～

・電気を消して、キャンドルの光の中で ・外からの刺激から逃れ、呼吸で自分の内側を見つめていきます ・日本語のみでなく、英語も聞こえる空間で ・普段日常では伸ばさない体の部分を伸ばしていきましょう ・カフェアンソレイユの特別スムージーで体の内側から栄養補給 ・頭のツボ押しと肩マッサージつき

<<朝ヨガ>> ～元気な体で迎える週末～

・早起きしてヨガから始める充実した休日に ・ヨガ、英語、スムージー。やすらぎと刺激が体、内臓、脳みそすべてに行き届く ・目の前に広がる一面の緑の山と棚田を見ながら自然の中の一部の自分を感じる ・頭のツボ押しと肩マッサージつき
